1. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before processing or customization begins
• Once an order is confirmed and processing has started, cancellation is not allowed
• Customized or made-to-order wigs cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
2. Advance & Custom Orders
• Any advance payment made for customized wigs is non-refundable
• Custom wigs are prepared strictly as per customer specifications
• No cancellation or refund is applicable once customization work has started
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect (if applicable)
⚠️ The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized or made-to-order wigs
• Used, worn, altered, or washed products
• Products damaged due to improper handling or maintenance
• Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
5. Refund Process
• Returned products will be inspected after receipt
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
6. Replacement Policy
• In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
• Replacement is subject to product availability
• Replacement requests must meet return eligibility conditions
7. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
8. Delayed Refunds
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
Mallick Hair Wig is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.
9. Refusal of Refund
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
• Return conditions are not met
• The product shows signs of use or damage
• The claim is raised after the allowed time period
